Shipping and Returns
Cruelty Free Consumer wants you to have the best shopping experience possible. We know and understand that you take your buying decisions very seriously. Please know that Cruelty Free Consumer.com is the only business to exclusively offer only products that are certified cruelty free - and we take this very seriously. We want to partner with you, our “consumers” in hopes that we can make a difference and change the way companies test their products. It is important to us that you feel you can shop with ease and be confidant and happy with your purchases. With that philosophy in mind, Cruelty Free Consumer has assembled the following return policy to make sure that not only do you come back again and again and to share this site with your friends but that we are doing everything we can to reduce our carbon footprint and be eco-friendly – therefore, our products are shipped directly from our partners and you may receive them at different times.
After placing your Cruelty Free Consumer order, you will be sent a receipt and order summary via e-mail. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a second e-mail with a delivery confirmation number, if available.
We use USPS, UPS and FED EX with delivery confirmation for all shipping within the United States. Orders will be shipped ground 5-7 days unless a specific request is made. Products purchased from Cruelty Free Consumer.com are drop shipped directly from our partners and you may receive them at different times from different fulfillment centers.
If, for some reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, Cruelty Free Consumer will honor and
accept the return if unopened within 30 days for a full refund (certain items are not refundable).
When returning products, please use the USPS, UPS or FED EX ground shipping method, which provides tracking and insurance to ensure safe delivery.
Please return the unused product in its original, sealed condition and include a copy of your original email receipt, a note with your reason for returning the product, any suggestions, and let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you opt for a refund we will issue the refund to the original payment source.
